The Ros Tapestry County Wexford

The Ros Tapestry is a massive community project, developed by over 150 dedicated volunteers. The Ros Tapestry project began in May 1998 with an idea to make a tapestry telling the story of the coming of the Normans to Ireland in tapestry form. You can visit the Ros Tapestry in its permanent Exhibition Centre and experience the dramatic story of Ireland’s romantic Norman past. Visitors can browse through the fascinating historical resource at their leisure or with a guide.
