Kennedy Homestead - Wexford

Kennedy Homestead is a unique museum, dedicated to the Kennedys who went away and the Kennedys who stayed behind.

In 1963 John F. Kennedy during his four-day visit to his ancestral home of Ireland, visited the cottage at Dunganstown, near New Ross where his ancestors had lived before emigrating to America.

In June 1963, John F. Kennedy became the first serving President of the USA to visit Ireland.
